When is the fee charged?+
The 4% fee is only charged on completed deals. If a deal is cancelled or refunded, you pay nothing.
Who pays the fee?+
The fee is split evenly: 2% is added to the buyer's payment, and 2% is deducted from the seller's payout. Both sides share the cost equally.
Are there any hidden fees?+
